As part of our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding shareholder service, ProFunds is transitioning its transfer agency services from FIS Global Transfer Agency to Ultimus Fund Solutions (Ultimus) after the close of business on August 7, 2026.
No action is required, and the changes outlined will not disrupt your service or account access.
IRA owners: For a Traditional, Roth, SEP, SARSEP or SIMPLE Individual Retirement Account (IRA) owner or a Coverdell Education Savings Account owner, the account custodian will change from UMB Bank to First National Bank (FNBO) after the close of business on August 7, 2026.
SIMPLE and SEP IRA owners: If your employer makes contributions to your account on your behalf, please contact your plan administrator and request they redirect payment and investment instructions to Ultimus at the address below starting on August 10, 2026.
Please review this important information regarding your ProFunds account following this transition:
- Your existing account number(s) will remain the same.
- The online account system, “Account Access”, will remain the same. You may continue to access your account online by visiting www.profunds.com, selecting “Log In”, and using your existing credentials.
- The Shareholder Services telephone number will remain the same: 1-888-PRO-FUNDS (1-888-776-3637).
- All automatic investments into the Funds, as well as systematic withdrawals out of the Funds, will be transferred and will continue as normal.
- The shareholder mailing addresses will change to:
