Three Funds will be reorganizing from Access One Trust to ProFunds beginning close of business Friday, April 23, 2021 with an effective date of Monday, April 26, 2021. Along with the reorganization in to ProFunds, there will be changes to fund names and CUSIPs. Ticker symbols and tax IDs will remain the same.
- Access Flex Bear High Yield Fund will become Access Flex Bear High Yield ProFund with new CUSIP numbers of 74318X711(investor) and 74318X679 (service).
- Access Flex High Yield Fund will become Access Flex High Yield ProFund with new CUSIP numbers of 74318X695 (investor) and 74318X661 (service).
- Access VP High Yield Fund will become ProFund Access VP High Yield with a new CUSIP 74318X687.
On April 26, 2021, transaction cut-off times for retail investors will change from 3:00pm ET to 3:50pm or 3:55pm ET consistent with ProFunds. A description of the various cut-off times can be found in the prospectus.
There are no changes to the funds' underlying methodologies or strategies, and no action is required by shareholders.
