Funds Not Covered by the Agreement
Our Fund of Funds Participation Agreement does not apply to our ProFunds VP and Access One Trust VP funds, which are only offered to eligible entities (e.g., insurance company separate accounts that serve as an investment medium for variable insurance contracts, qualified pension and retirement plans, and certain insurance companies) that have executed a different Participation Agreement with the Trusts.
