The Index (Bloomberg symbol: DJINET) measures the performance of stocks in the U.S. equity markets that generate the majority of their revenues from the Internet. The Index is composed of two sub-groups: Internet Commerce, which includes companies that derive the majority of their revenues from providing goods and/or services through an open network, such as a website, and Internet Services, which includes companies that derive the majority of their revenues from providing access to the Internet or providing services to people using the Internet.
